About us

The vision of the East Ohio Conference is to equip local churches to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ.

The mission of the East Ohio Annual Conference is to be a Servant after the model of Jesus Christ.

The role of the Council on Ministry staff is to support the ongoing mission of the local church to make disciples for Jesus Christ. This team of highly qualified and skilled persons brings many resources that will enhance and broaden the effective ministry of your local church. Each member of this team is willing and ready to come to your local church to:

• Evaluate the current ministry and offer helpful suggestions
• Lead training seminars on specific and general topics
• Provide resources for any area of concern to your church’s ministry
• Facilitate the writing of a vision, and/or mission statement
• How do you receive this team’s support?

Call on them individually or attend one of the many training sessions offered each year in the East Ohio Conference.
