The Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and daily operations of the school. This role oversees curriculum and staff development, ensures compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations, manages enrollment and financial records, and serves as the primary point of contact for families. Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a heart for early childhood education are essential. This is a part-time position with occasional evening meetings.
